1. Condition of use and Download (TOS Scripts Tebex Altitude Dev)
It is strictly forbidden to resell or distribute the source code of the purchased scripts or to produce derivatives that are then shared.
You are free to modify the code for your own purposes or for your server project, to use it, however it is forbidden to share it, to export it or to offer it or resell it to a third party, who has not purchased the license himself.


2. Refunds conditions

Digital purchases are governed by the laws of the seller's country, in my case france, after any purchase, once the script is sent to the customer, no refund will be made.

If you are refunded, your account discord/website or acces are revoked (banned) with break TOS.
By making your purchase, you agree to the waiver of your right to a refund, the refund are executed by TEBEX Platform only

3. Report Thief Work
Too many dishonest people, resell my scripts once purchased, that's why you can report an unauthorized resale on:
Discord Official Tickets in order to initiate a procedure against the person in question with Tebex Compliances, CFX Team and European Commercial Court.

4. Bug discovery
If you encounter a bug in the original script (which you did not modify in any way) please open a ticket on our official discord for a future correction.

5. Support and helps
The support is only offered in case of bugs or various questions to the final buyer, or the potential buyer by the presence of the proof of purchase tebex, the support is available from Monday to Friday only in opening hours, closed on Saturday and Sunday, all updates are FREE.

If you are caught reselling or sharing a script made by our company, your customer account will be banned from Tebex, and you will lose all your access/scripts/updates and will be reported to official CFX and Tebex Compliance staff.
It is also possible for us to appeal to the European Commercial Court, having this professional coverage.
